More than half a decade in the water and from Bangalore apartment pools to Boston College's competitive facility. Worked with kids who were terrified of water, adults chasing technique, and seniors looking for movement. Every student got a plan built around them.
Aquatics2021–PresentCoached karate to children aged 6–13 across two Bangalore schools and building more than just technique. Confidence, focus, and self-discipline were always the real goals. Also ran a self-defence programme for 100+ students from underserved communities with Dream School Foundation.
Martial Arts2022–2025Ran day-to-day operations at AquaEdge Bangalore and budgeting, vendor management, lesson scheduling, facility upkeep. Learned quickly that a well-run pool is what lets good coaching actually happen.
Management2021–2024From the Boston Marathon to India's biggest youth festivals and hands-on, on the ground, at the real thing.
Interned across two stints with Under 25 and India's largest and the world's leading youth festival platform. Recognised as Most Valuable Player in the first internship and received a letter of recommendation from the co-founders. Returned for the World Summit as a crew member handling production coordination and celebrity & artist management over a two-day event in Bangalore.
Supported hydration for over 32,000 runners at the 20.5-mile mark and one of the most critical stations on the course where runners are already well into the wall. Ensured smooth operations by working alongside event staff to manage hydration logistics and keep things moving safely for every runner coming through.
Orchestrated fan engagement activities and enhanced the premium member experience at Boston Legacy FC. Worked directly with the team on how supporters interacted with the club on matchday and from arrival through to final whistle.
Coordinated the game operations team for in-venue setup and helped facilitate a smoother experience for visiting teams throughout the championship. The kind of behind-the-scenes work that makes events look effortless from the outside.
Contributed to India's largest tech-enabled multi-sport grassroots competition platform and managing live broadcasting across multiple sports on Jio Cinema and Sports 18. Led a ground crew of volunteers on-site, keeping logistics and broadcast feeds running simultaneously.
Worked India's largest pet festival across two consecutive years. Handled centralised inventory management and dispatch of essential items and playing a direct role in keeping the event's operations running cleanly from the inside out.
Helped organise and run a free health camp during my undergraduate years that provided checkups to over 800 individuals and covering eye examinations, cardiovascular screening, breast cancer testing, and medical consultation. Managed crowd flow and security throughout the day.
